Mine-to-Mill®

The Mine to Mill course identifies the changes to practice required to optimise performance in blasting and comminution to maximise profitability and energy efficiency.

Case studies from around the world are used to show you how a coordinated and collaborative approach at your operation can lead to benefits in terms of increased plant throughput, better energy efficiency and lower operating costs.

JKSimMet

JKTech is synonymous in the global minerals industry with powerful simulation software applications for the optimisation and design of mineral processing plants as well as blasting operations.

Our flagship software product, JKSimMet, was developed by JKTech based on the results of 40 years of comminution and classification research at JKMRC. It is used to design and optimise the performance of crushing and grinding circuits.

JKMetSkills

JKMetSkill has been specifically designed to equip graduate and early-career mineral processing engineers with both ground-level knowledge and advanced skill sets that are immediately applicable to their daily roles and which otherwise would not have been covered in typical undergraduate metallurgy courses. JKMetSkill is offered as either an in-house professional development program or a generic open course.

JKTech is aligned to The University of Queensland’s Sustainable Minerals Institute (SMI) which includes the Julius Kruttschnitt Mineral Research Centre (JKMRC) and the WH Bryan Mining and Geology Research Centre (BRC). This close working relationship gives our team access to cutting edge research and technology from a world-leading institute that is committed to delivering sustainable resource development, technological advancements, and community solutions to address the challenges facing the minerals industry.
